After spending some time on the phone clarifying your concerns and asking any questions, an evaluation can be scheduled, if you choose.
Evaluations are done in a quiet, relaxed, one on one setting, with your child and the therapist. For younger or more timid children we often rely on the support from one parent or caregiver. Most evaluations are done in one to one and a half hours.
The evaluating therapist will meet with the parents to share a written report and the findings from the evaluation process.
We try to gather information from parents, school teachers and daycare providers, to get a complete picture of your child.
We specialize in evaluating the strengths and needs of children from infancy through preteens.
